I have heard about NAD+ and Resveratrol and am happy to have received this 60 day supply. At about 20-30 days in, I started to notice a difference. I take a lot of supplements and have tried lots of things, but these are definitely a game changer. I am a post menopausal woman who takes good care of herself, but I also struggle with ADD but have bad reactions to medications I've tried for it. I also struggle with mood swings, typically. This supplement seems to have evened out my moods, and given me more energy and ability to focus. I have felt much more optimistic and in control of my emotions since taking these, without any of the nasty side effects of pharmaceuticals. I have read that you shouldn't take NADs for more than 3 or 4 months at a time so I may take a break from them at some point but they seem to be working for now. I also believe I've been sleeping better since taking them.

This product uses true NAD; have seen at least one claiming to be NAD+ that actually was not and was probably the precursor. This one uses Japanese Knotweed as the Trans-Resveratol source. Would prefer to see is sourced from grape skins, but despite that, this product does not have the nasty taste and smell I have found Japanese Knotweed Resveratol to have. Medium-sized capsules are easy enough to swallow.
