This is a two lever lock that functions exactly as mentioned. It is also pleasing to the eyes. But don't expect it to be as shiny as it is shown in the pictures.

Hello Sir, I recently purchased a Plantex door set from Amazon. I'm facing an issue with the screws provided. Both screws are the same length, and when I try to fix the door lock on a wooden door, one screw fits fully, but the other doesn't go all the way in—it sticks out halfway. It seems this is due to the same-size screws not accommodating the lock and door thickness properly. Could you please provide a solution or suggest the correct screw size for proper installation?. I tried your customer care, but no one picked it.
