This has no taste, which was important to me. I just stared taking a few weeks ago. I take it during my workouts. And it’s working well as far as I can tell. I have nothing negative to say about it. It dissolves very easily, with just shaking it!

I would definitely recommend creatine for anyone who wants a little boost for their muscle growth. The consistency is fine and it doesn’t really mix well with water, but I usually dry scoop it and then wash it down with water. Overall I’d recommend this supplement.

Expensive for the size

I mixed with 1 cup of water to see about the taste and there is nothing. It’s like I’m drinking a glass of water.I should review after a few weeks of drinks to see what the changes are…
