MUST HAVE IF YOU LIVE IN THE SOUTH.
We have an indoor dryer vent along with living in the south where the humidity in the summer is like a rain forest, So this has been a long overdue purchase after doing some research on mold and health. Have only had it 2 weeks and have already noticed how much lighter the air feels, how much less the A/C kicks on, and how much my lungs and sinuses have been purging since we got it lol. I set ours to 50% after the first few days of "continuous mode" and its keeping everything dry without running all the time. The lower settings be wary of, they tend to heat the house up because of it running more frequently in the summers so keep that in mind unless its in a basement or garage.

So far so good, time will tell
Have only had about 3 weeks but so far so good, dehumidified a 500 sq ft basement to 50% very quickly. Pump works well so far. Fan is on the loud side but not obnoxiously loud, can’t hear the compressor when it kicks on over the sound of the fan. Bucket is a little tough to remove but nothing crazy. Seems to be pretty well built. As an hvac tech one thing does concern me and that is the refrigerant type, the new refrigerants the epa mandated require additional sensors to be built into the equipment to detect for leaks, any leak detected on new equipment (2025 and on) and the system shuts itself down and will not operate.

Frigidaire is my go to dehumidifier...
My Frigidaire dehumidifier arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well (rigid styrofoam surrounds and any/all moving parts taped). It's well constructed and has been working flawlessly since purchase. My first Frigidaire dehumidifier lasted almost 8 years, so I have confidence in this brand. This model is a bit larger than my older unit, but one purchases what is available. As long as it does the job, I'm happy. The only thing I would change is the design. The older model had the air exchange venting out from the side of the unit and these newer models are on top. If one has little children, it could prove to be tempting for them to drop stuff down into it through slats.A+++ Water collection, easy to empty collection and it is very quiet and non-intrusive. I will update if there are problems, but so far so good! Thanks. :)

Great with minor flaws
Can’t really complain much. This is the 2025 35 pint model, and it’s going everything as advertised. It’s in the basement where we haven’t had a humidifier in a year or so, and it’s definitely pulling moisture. I only have two complaints. 1. It takes a little bit for the appliance to realize you’ve pulled the bin out, and so doesn’t shut down right away if it’s running when you pull it. 2. The app for it shows you something when it’s full, but it’s not in the form of a notification. So you have to open the app every so often and check or go down and check on it yourself.

Works well, but UI is bad.
Works very well. Noise level is quite good, but I always have something running.. white noise and air filter. The compressor is very smooth when it cuts on and off. "Auto" mode is a mystery, and manual is terrible. The accuracy of its own humidity reading is about 5% too high, so if I want a humidity of 40%, I have to set it to 45%. I suspect the water it collects is skewing its own sensor. Overall very pleased in spite of the quirks.

This thing works so well it lowers the level of our fish tank!
This is fantastic! We live in the PNW and desperately needed a dehumidifier for our home. This works so well and is super easy to use and clean. It holds a TON of water!! So much that you need to be careful when emptying it. It's also not too terribly noisy or heavy. We transfer it from room to room around the house as needed. It's made a HUGE difference.

Works Great! 35 pint size description wrong -worth it over the 22 pint
Bought the 2025 22 pint & 35 pint size dehumidifiers. Both work really well.Contrary to what is written in the "Measurements" section on the product page, the 22 pint & 35 pint dehumidifier are the exact same dimensions. There is a difference in performance though. The 35 pint is louder and more efficient at pulling water from the air.So if you don't mind a little more noise and have an extra $20, I would recommend the 35 pint over the 22 as it gets the job done so much faster.

Used dehumidifier delivered
I ordered two of these dehumidifiers this month and returned the first one because it was used and wouldn't work. The second unit was used with a dirty filter and no literature. It does work properly. I'm keeping it for now. The cardboard container was beat up. I ordered and paid for a new unit but received a used unit. I have photos in case the unit stops working.
