Old product received which I am not able to return/replace (more than 1.5 years old)
When I received this product, I checked the manufacturing date that is February 2022. The expiry date is February 2024 (PAO-24M). For products like perfume, I would expect a longer PAO (Period After Opening) and not just 5-6 months. I am unable to return/replace the item also and there was no mention that the product would be non-refundable or non-replaceable. Very disappointed with this order.
