First time. Fantastic stuff
I stained an easel with Candlelight. I wanted a waxy surface to easily wipe up oil paint that gets on the easel. Did 2 coats. Dried in 24 hrs and you can actually feel the slight waxy surface standard stains do not provide.

Good results on Veneer
I needed to thin it a but to get more control over the color but it looks great on my cherry veneer desk front.

My Favorite Stain but $52, really?
I use General Finishes almost exclusively but $52 a quart for stain is getting extreme. A little searching and I was able to find it for $39.99. Bought two and got free shipping. A price jump of $12 is out of line.

Outstanding results if one follows the direction precisely.
This is a product that does not disappoint, if you follow precise application principals you can get precise results. This is a long dry time product. Do not use if you are impatient.

General Finish Stain Danish Teak
This was exactly what I was looking for. Bought just quart but will need much more for hardwood floors. I loved the not to dark finish but just enough to pull the grain well. Have always loved their products.

Expensive but a quality product
This product is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. There's nothing worse than buying a cheap product and it not working. Very satisfied, would definitely buy it again
