Integrated weights are great
I'm a beginner and bought this so I could have integrated weights. So far I really like this BCD and would recommend it.

Sturdy, well designed, must have for recreational diving
I went scuba diving everyday for two months in the Philippines. I got my open water, advanced open water, EFR/ rescue diver and divemaster certifications with my deep dive specialty using this exact BCD there. The aqualung pro is the BCD to have for recreational diving. I personally don't use the integrated weight system because if you ever have to take your BCD off underwater at whatever depth it's best to have a weight belt to better stabilize yourself rather than relying on the BCD to stabilize you. That's my preference but you can't go wrong with this. The zipper pockets are very sturdy and long lasting. Using other BCDs with the Velcro pockets are not as secure. The pockets are very large. Overall super solid and should last a diver years if properly maintained. They use these everyday for 3-4 years before being replaced. I was impressed.
