Not just for decorating.
A well thought out multipurpose tool not just for decorators. When working as a carpenter I always had a scraper in the tool bag. You would always get to a refurb and there might be a bit plaster to knock the nubbins off or smooth a surface to receive some joinery. This is where a tool like this comes into its own because of its rigidity and that it can accept hammer blows. This tool has the feel of a bolster in the hand. the handle is the right size and has a squeezable rubber coating. Can use it to set nails, scrape, wring paint from rollers, open paint tins and more.I award four ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Happy shopping.

great quality
this thing is good, i like it so much that i clean it every time i use it. i never realised so much paint remains on a roller after you have seeming cleaned it buy going up and down a wall many times at the end of painting a wall. it is very sturdy and has no flexing at all. the scraper part is really good. the handle feels right in the hand and does not slip.

Brilliant bit of kit!
Very impressed with this painter's multi tool. It has a nice thick blade with less flexibility than the old rusty Harris version it's replacing but as a result is much better at hacking off old paint. The angled part of the blade has a really well defined chisel edge which is perfect for working down on narrower sections of material, particular on door frames. The thicker blade also has the benefit of proving a much stronger section to lever off tin lids; the metal handle end is great for knocking them back on!

Ideal tool for painters.
I have used these for years at taking old wall tiles off, cleaning rollers and opening tins of paint as well as plastic containers with paint in them. It can be hit on the end with a rubber hammer to assisted with removing the wall tiles as it has a metal end. The end can also be used to tap the lids back on too.
