I was NOT paid to write this review. This is actually my first ever Amazon review because I hope this helps someone! I have only been using this product a week and my skin is so drastically different. 1 week…. I know crazy and seems unreal but it is so real. was so insecure about my skin as a 29 year old woman. I had horrible texture and tiny bumps and some big pimples happening in my jawline/neck. My blemishes have diminished… my skin is glowing and more alive. I’ve also had trouble with my gut health as far as having consistent movements. I bloat and constipate often. (Gut health and skin health go hand in hand) I am now having regular movements! I’m so thankful for this product, I almost feel like I owe them… everyone is different but if you’re contemplating I don’t think it will do any damage to give this a try. All face washes, products etc have never given me any result. This however gave me quick noticeable results. I’m so happy

I struggled with oily skin. Not too bad but bad enough I would get cystic acne is just random spots. I decided to try this product. First I want to add that this is a cleanse. A detox. Your bowel movements are going to change and you're going to have symptoms that surround that. You're going to have stomach cramps, dehydration and changes in your bowels. I started to notice a change in my skin on the 3rd day. My skin instantly got soft and that radiant glow!! I love it. Now I would suggest taking this pill at night. I started out taking in the morning but it made my stomach really upset and I was having stomach problems. I read the bottle carefully one more time and the nutritionists said not to eat with. So I wondered if my breakfast was interfering with it. I just took one last night and I feel a lot better than I was. I recommend taking them at night if this happens to you. Also, I only take one. I feel my body is sensitive to everything I put in it. So now I only take one a night after brushing my teeth. My skin is just WOW. I've only had 1 pimple show up since starting this a week ago. Definitely recommend it. Just becareful with it and learn your body. Everyone is different!

I don’t normally break out in these huge cystic pimples it’s more small red/white heads but I got huge ones around my mouth and T zone area when I started these pills. Nothing in my diet changed since adding in these pills. For some people it may make it better but if you’re allergic to an ingredient in this it will make things 1000% worse. Your gamble.Update: Originally 1 star review but customer service reached out and offered me a full refund without me asking. Great customer service. Unfortunately the product just doesn't work for me,

My face skin was mostly good before this product but it did produce too much oil, which led to occasional breakouts. After a few doses of this my skin has stopped producing nearly as much oil, without feeling dry either. I feel like it has had a net positive effect for me. (For reference I am a 29 year old cis man, 230 lbs with no known health conditions.)

Did not see a difference in my body honestly did not seem to work. Especially for the price I will not be buying again. Also says 30 day supply but you are supposed to take two a day? Ran out so quickly.

I’m a big fan of HUM supplements and have been using them for a few months now. I have noticed their benefits from the start and will continue to use them. No side effects or anything negative to note. If you are looking to make a switch, do it!
