My brain was happy while reading this book.
This book is a good start if you are interested in the process of being happy. A lot of good and well documented examples of how different events and circumstances can make us happy or sad.

Funny and Educational
This book is funny which is great because you stay entertained throughout the whole thing. It also does a great job of explaining the parts and chemicals of the brain so it's easy to understand. You discover how amazing the brain is and how much control you have over your happiness. I appreciate the number of examples that are given. All the research that went into this book is also amazing. I found myself wanting to do research of my own. Dean Burnett has a great style of writing and I will definitely be reading his first book 'Idiot brain'.

Sci-fact?
I enjoyed this read, books that I find funny and educational that keep me entertained through the Acknowledgment chapter are hard to come by.

Unfocused
Don’t care for the author’s unfocused, conversational style. It’s a challenge to sift through all the extraneous fluff to get to the substantive content.

Brilliant!
The Happy Brain is quite remarkable and a superb follow-up to The Idiot Brain, Dean Burnett seems to be able to read your mind and put your thoughts and actions on paper - seriously good books!

Excellent Read
A very detailed and research based book on how to keep a happy brain.I hope the author will find time to write a book on how to remain happy inspite of mental health issues in the future.

Nunca segundas partes fueron buenas / Sequels are never good
The Idiot Brain) and loved it. I bought this one and it is an absolute disappointment, I abandoned it at 25%, he says that happiness is not related to any specific area of the brain, it seems a book of psychological disclosure, nothing with neurological data

Second book
It's not bad. Not as good as idiot brain though. I feel like this one just isn't as engaging or interesting.
