Everything. Baked was delicious!
I always used extract and changed to the imitation a few years ago when the price of vanilla extract skyrocketed in price. Magine my surprise when not one person noticed.

The best extract on the market, will fool you into believing that it is coming from the beans

Favorite Imitation Vanilla
This is my go to Imitation vanilla. We use a lot of imitation vanilla for our tea, coffee and yogurt. This a a smooth tasting and flavorful vanilla that is a great addition to your morning cup of wake me up.

Not very strong
I add a fairly large amount of this to my shakes and get less vanilla flavor than I would expect.

The only one to use!
I order this product over and over for my cookie business! It may say imitation, but it has all the flavor. Real vanilla is so expensive now, but you won't feel like you are missing out by using this. There's a lot in the container, and a little goes a long way in recipes. Grab this and you won't regret it!

The same stuff as in the store!
Taking a look at a physical grocery store's price for artificial "imitation" vanilla, it's wild. My local store wants over $5 per ounce! But you can get the exact same stuff in bulk for much cheaper online. Check below for information on imitation vs. natural vanilla extract! This artificial vanilla extract tastes the same as the in-store McCormick imitation vanilla, but is a whole lot cheaper. I paid about $9 for my bottle in 2023, and I'm still using it. I bake about once or twice a week, and most of my recipes use vanilla. The difference between artificial and natural vanilla extract is important. Imitation vanilla is still the vanilla molecule, just made using science. But it doesn't have the extra advanced floral notes and flavor of vanilla from the plant. This makes it seem like natural vanilla would be better for everything, but that's incorrect! Why? Because artificial vanilla is stronger, and it survives heat, such as an oven. Natural vanilla will evaporate when exposed to heat, reducing its flavor by a lot. But if you are making something that doesn't get exposed to heat, natural vanilla is better.Baked goods = Artificial vanillaNon-baked goods = Natural vanilla
