That makes this a handy device to put into your laptop bag, just in case.It allows you to use your vehicle's cigarette lighter to power the charging brick for a 45w or 65w laptop. You can keep your laptop charge while away from electrical outlets.I generally keep all sorts of charging cables in my bag for the family, as someone usually forgets their laptop charger when we go on trips. Charges my laptop, great for camping
Sometimes I camp without access to electricity, but need to be available off and on to my office. This charges my laptop in the car, so I can stay charged up to do some work.
