NEOPRENE ADJUSTABLE ELBOW SUPPORT BRACE GYM INJURY

Having suffered from tennis elbow (and I don't even play tennis! ;-)) for the past few months, in an effort to try and ease the pain, I've tried a number of elbow supports. Most have a major problem (even the ones supposedly that have a cut-out to prevent problems) in that they're bulky, quite uncomfortable to wear for any length of time, and really uncomfortable to wear if you bend your arm.This one's great though because the 'support' element of the support is on the 'outside' of the elbow joint - precisely where you need the warming support, and on the inside of the elbow joint it's simply held in place by two neoprene straps that fasten with velcro. The elbow joint isn't impeded at all when you bend your arm, it's supported and warmed where you need it most, and due to the velcro fastening straps, you can adjust the fit to get the fit just right, unlike those elasticated or 'tube-like' neoprene supports that just squeeze everything in and lead to very unattractive bulging at either end of the support.The only real improvement I'd suggest is perhaps including some instructions. It took me a few seconds to work out what went where and how this piece of neoprene fabric that's so much smaller than the other supports I'd tried was supposed to work.For anyone who's trying to figure it out, unfasten the two velcro straps and lay the support out flat with the straps sticking out. Lay your arm along the length of the rectangular part of the support with the outside of the arm/elbow joint against the fabric, and wrap the straps around your arm - one above the elbow joint and one below.Well worth the money, I'd say. This support is a lot cheaper than some of the more inferior (in my opinion) more traditional supports, but does the job a lot better, and a lot more comfortably.

My husband has an old tennis elbow injury that has recently started giving him problems at work so I purchased this item in the hope that it would provide adequate support. He has been wearing it for over a week now but has found that it does not provide the necessary support while at work. The product does not come with any fitting instructions and it takes a few attempts to work out the best way to fit but it is possibly only suitable for those suffering with minor elbow related problems. He is quite disappointed with the product overall and will have to consider getting a more supportive brace.

Does the job and comfortable to wear

This is a pointless purchase. It's awkward to strap on, pinches the inner arm and simply doesn't work.I suffer with tennis elbow and I think I'll stick to a certain cut-price store's velcro-free product which costs a fifth of the price.Don't waste your money on this.

I purchased the " ADJUSTABLE" elbow support - and when it arrived it wasnt adjustable in the slightest. It didnt even look like the picture. It was a plain black pull on job that creased terribly in the middle causing skin irritation in the crease of my elbow.I DID EMAIL AND EXPRESS MY DISSAPOINTMENT THAT THE ITEM THAT ARRIVED WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE ADVERTISED.... NO RESPONSE!!!!BEWARE!!!

Provides support where needed. Arrived promptly though not as big as it looked in the picture, could have done with covering more of my arm above the elbow.

Not the easiest thing to put on but you get used to it. And it does seem to have helped with my gardening for what I bought it for to stop me hurting my joints.
