Not what I ordered
I received a packet of powdered BIZ, not the packets advertised. I'm sure the product will still work, so didn't ask for exchange -- just not as conveniently as the pods.

Product WORKS GREAT.
When I got it the packets were broken open, it looked like. Broken in transit maybe. So i guess how much and pour the loose powder in. Don’t know what happened! Still works tho.

Arrived with all packs burst open. Have to dip it out of the package instead of tossing pack in washer. ☹️
