I have purchased this item twice, and have had to return them. They quit working after a couple of uses. All of a sudden you turn it on and the picture is so distorted, and it is not dirty, it's broken. Also, the cleaning spoon attachments are too long. By the time you carefully get it in your ear, the spoon is so far out in front of the camera, you can't safely see what you are doing. I just wanted to use the camera function to track the healing of an ear infection. It is a piece of junk!

Thsi thing is amazing. Really. I can see all the way down in my kid's ears, and the picture is so clear! If you have some outdoor-loving, dirt-loving, rowdy kids, the so-clear picture might make you sick at what you may find in their ears LOL. Seriously, the many tools in this kit give you what you need to remove/clean out wax and any other objects. My son has heavy wax in his ears, always has, and every once in a while he complains of noot being able to hear well out of an ear or two. I can get right down in there and clean out his blockages. The other way of cleaning out ears, with water, is something that NOBODY likes to do. It hurts, its messy, and many times you end up with water in your ears which cause further problems. As long as you are careful, and your subject sits still, you can use this equipment and effectvely taek care of the problem!

This device arrived already charged. I just pulled the cap off and it turned on. I followed the instructions to download the iPhone app from the app store and ran it. The app prompted me to search for the wi-fi network of the device and connected quickly and easily. Once connected, it started showing the feed from the camera. I used a pen cap to test it and have attached the image. It’s very easy to use and works well.

So this is nice and small. About the size of a capped pen. When you pull the cap off, it will start flashing blue telling you that it is searching for a connection with your phone. This comes with lots of attachment pieces and that's great. They pieces are also very easy to clean. The swappable pieces are a little challenging to get in place on the pen as the notches are so small, they are hard to line up and twist right.Once you get it all lined up then you will need to sync this with your phone. I have an Android based device and you have to sync it with your wireless connection and for some reason you have to make the phone forget the connection every single time and then reconnect it and agree to connect with no internet otherwise it just won't work. I find this to be a bit of a nuisance but at the price point, I am not complaining much about that.I found this very useful in both extracting blackheads in the ear and for cleaning wax safely from the ear. If you have children sometimes they will stick beads and other small objects in their noses. Something like this can save you a trip to the doctor. This is a great tool to have!It also comes with many tools for popping pimples, cuticle pushing, ear cleaning. All in all this is a great set at a great price. I just wish that it synced with wireless a little easier.

The product is not bad. I like the simple design. It feels a leek and comfortable in the hands. I like that by taking the cap off, it automatically turns on. Placing the cap back on, turns it off. (I’ve tried another brand of the product type where power on/off is a button, and it was annoying when I kept hitting the button by accident, shutting off during use.) The app is easy to use, and the ability to take me to the Wi-Fi settling to switch connection was convenient. (The other product, I had to manually get to setting to switch and go back to change it when I’m done.) The product itself is also easy to use and allows horizontal view on the mobile app. (The other brand didn’t have that option.) It came with a good amount of extra tips and tip options, as well as a manual use set, which was a bonus. Great for travel. However, as in any product, there is room for improvement. I wish the plastic scoop tip was more sturdy, maybe if the scoop tip was metal instead. (The other brand had a smooth metal scoop tip with inter-changeable silicon slip case that can be removed to wash was sturdier.) The light is bright but you can feel it getting warm in your ear after a while, but not hot so it’s fine. Video connection stalls a little too often. (The internet speed where I live is pretty good, not not sure why it freezes for several seconds that often.) Overall, it’s a cool product and it does what it’s suppose to.
