I bought this after a Melin hat did indeed manage to become severely sweat stained. Upon receiving I thought it was maybe made in the same factory and branded differently, but side by side that doesn't appear to be the case. The weave of the fabric and some small manufacturing details are different, and this hat is lighter in weight. Haven't had it long enough to determine if it is sweat-stain proof, but I'd happily buy this brand again for the price relative to the brand it attempts to copy. Feels good, looks good, a fine ball cap. To be fair to Melin, I haven't yet attempted to clean their hat.

I bought this for travel and to try out the style because I didn't really want to pay the premium for that other brand twice the price. That price seems absurd. Well, the hat has held up, cleans easily, fits great. Looks brand new after at least 6 months. I've backpacked with it, traveled in the islands, done hut-to-hut hikes, lots of golf... lots of activity in short. Take it in the shower after an activity, maybe soap it a little, rinse and let it hang dry. Still looks brand new.

Ive been a MELIN fan for sometime but they are just too expensive. This hat is made of the same materials from what I can tell and it's also half the cost. It has similar design and characteristics. No regrets! I'll probably order every color.

This hat is amazing! It hasn’t worn out yet after long work weeks, it’s very light, the shape fits my head well, it’s adjustable as well to fit my head better if need, and breathes wonderfully! Would definitely recommend this hat if you work outside a lot or if you just want a comfy hat thats worth the money! :)

The ANKOR Ultra Performance Water-Resistant UPF 50 Baseball Hat fits like a REAL baseball cap (not those slouchy weird-looking ones) AND more importantly, keeps the sweat out of my face while EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, not creating a sweat line along the rim of the cap! I took a chance in ordering this particular cap but man, am I glad I did. It really IS the real deal (without having to spend $65 on 'other companies' so-called 'water resistant caps'.) $30 bucks sealed the deal for me. In fact, I got 2 more, one for me and my wife for our summertime pickleball sessions. Perfect for golf, summer picnics, hiking, you name it. You want the sweat outta your face AND off of your cap? I hesitated because of the price, but this is a really nice cap. Being washable sold me on it. I'm done with buying cheap caps, that need to be replaced in a year.

Hats are great and feel nice. Only complaint is shipping/packaging. Similar to other on here, I received two hats with “dents”/ impressions. Tired fixing them but can’t. Also don’t want to try heat as it may deform the hats more. Other than that the hats seem durable and comfortable
