MELT METHOD is AWESOME and IT WORKS!!
I love the DVD's and use them all the time. This is really working for my husband and I to relieve ourselves of chronic pain. Back pain, neck pain, foot and ankle pain, shoulder pain. You name it, we got it lol. We are both 50 years old. In good shape with active lifestyles, but life just brings pain sometimes. You can literally tell the first time that you do it, that something good is happening in your body. My feet don't hurt any longer when I get out of bed in the morning, my neck and back feel great. The reason I really started getting serious about this was that my shoulder was frozen from computer work or something. I couldn't raise my right arm even half way as far as the other one goes. I didn't want to go the medical route, with pills, costly physical therapy, or heaven forbid, surgery, so I went for this and BOY, AM I GLAD!! I have 100% mobility now, can raise arm all the way up again. I hadn't been able to do this in over 18 months. This has also drastically reduced pain from carpel tunnel which gets exacerbated from computer. It is truly amazing. I would recommend to anyone anywhere because the benefits are for everyone. Buy the whole shebang, if you can, is my suggestion. I bought the foot & hand balls first, then the book, then the roller, then the DVD's. I use all of them. I think would have been cheaper to buy the super bundle. Go for it! This will change your life!

Instead of going to a class
This follows her book. By reading and watching her do the different moves I have been able to get back where I was when COVID-19 hit. I love the melt method. By practicing the moves I have achieved a better core. My balance has improved. I can walk down stairs carrying objects without any trouble or having to worry about falling. By doing Melt I have regained a lot of movement in areas that were stiff.For me the MELT method is a winner. I love practicing it.

BEWARE- DEFECTIVE DVDs
UPDATE: I contacted Melt and they are sending me a new set even though it is well past the warranty period. Amazing to find a company that stands behind their products this days!I purchased this set and all 3 of the DVDs were defective and produce a 'Disc Error' when I try to play them. It's definitely not my player as other DVDs work in it. Unfortunately I waited too long to try them out and can't return them.

Wish I had found this sooner!
The melt method is an amazing concept. Thank you Sue for making it available to everyone. It must be the best kept secret out there. I have fibromyalgia and EDS and this has really helped me feel better. My massage therapist notices the difference in my body when she massages me. Everything feels looser and although I still get many trigger points, doing the melt method makes them easier to release. I love doing it and do the exercises every day. I also subscribed to melt on demand so I have more options.

Don't Be Like Me
I reviewed the Melt Method Hand and Foot Treatment DVD and said a lot in that review, but I'll repeat it here.1. If you're going to try this, just shell out the money and buy the entire set (DVD's plus equipment). Don't try to be cheap and buy "similar" equipment from different manufacturers. I did, and the time it took and the small amount of money I saved weren't worth is because sometimes the equipment doesn't feel the same as I think it should while watching the videos.2. Don't be like me and give up so soon. I tried these exercises everyday for a week, then less often and then even less frequent. Just stick to it and be good to yourself. You deserve to spend some time on self care, and this is a good way to do it.3. The exercises do feel good. Way better than gritting my teeth when I'm doing regular foam rolling.So... on that note, I'm going to kick myself in the pants and start doing these exercises EVERY DAY! And then we'll see what happens...

Fantastic routines and instructions. I would recommend getting the DVDs over the book if all you’re instrested in is the workout part. The book also contains all the detailed routines as demonstrated on the DVDs, but viewing is still easier. Ive had this a few months, I still use the DVDs every time I do my routine. Most important, none of the routines require any physical skills, the results are dramatic and almost instantaneous. I was hooked from day 1.
