Its really good product. Everything same as mentioned in product description. Also zipper packing ensures that it stays enclosed while not in use.I used it mostly for thickening soups and it works well without adding any extra odour to the food.

This potato powder is fine but not as a expected by me please don't buy this product this is very bad

I'm giving it 3stars because I hate the fact that there is a restriction on minimum order quantity. We have to purchase three packets, 400gms each inorder to buy. Each packet comes printed with recent manufacturing date from the date of order. It has 6months expiry period from date of manufacture. This is the cheapest packet a available but forcing the minimum order quantity limit makes it pricey.Now here's a secret. Potato starch or cornstarch can be stored indefinitely in an airtight, dark, cool & dry place but not in a freezer or fridge. So the expiration dates are added so as to comply with the rules, otherwise these products don't show any signs of deterioration if stored properly. That's why I am unsure whether these products are freshly manufactured and distributed, maybe they are, maybe not, doesn't matter cause we won't know for sure.Anyways, packaging was okay, product appears to be fine.
