Fast charger,excellent performance

I purchased the power lead in August this year. It has not been used excessively but has stopped working.I am extremely disappointed as I had brought the cable based on feedback and price. But my advice is do not buy as it wont last.

Purchased one but it worked for less than a month. The seller promptly sent out a replacement which is working.Excellent customer service.✨️

Just what I needed as mine had come apart , good quality

Poor quality manufacturing. The charger was properly used for less than 2 months. The charger tip where it connects to the laptop is already broken and the wires are worn out already as can be seen in the picture. As I had it for 3 months now totally, I cannot return as well. The earlier charger I purchased from a different company still works for me even after one year. I am going to request to see if I can get a refund because it is manufacturer defect and there is supposed to be a 12 month limited warranty. I will update the outcome.

Feels like a quality product and has worked well since purchase. I am an IT consulting engineer and I chose this item because of the safety designs that have been incorporated. Of course I can't verify this without damaging the casing to look inside but it doesn't feel cheap as many have so at this point I can recommend it.
