It helps so much!
I started getting a heavier flow in my 30s. I noticed I kept leaking through my pants more than I used to on day one of my cycles and got sick and tired of it, and caught on that it was time to buy something that could handle my suddenly very heavy flows. Found this and decided to give it and shot. I was leaking all day until this came in the mail and put it on right away and noticed a difference. I noticed that the leaks stopped and I didn’t have to run to the restroom to check on my pads as much as before. Was very pleasantly surprised that I did not leak at all with this on day one and even in my sleep. Wish I found this sooner. It would have saved me from so much unnecessary frustration and anxiety. I can sleep better now on my period and I’m a side sleeper. This product was a godsend.Update 5/4/2025: It ended up leaking a little bit, so you still have to be a little careful, but nothing a waterproof bed pad can’t fix. Just sleep on a waterproof bed pad just in case and you’re golden! This product still helps A LOT.Update 6/26/2025: I leaked twice today. :( So maybe wear a tampon with this if you’re out and about and have a very heavy flow. To me, it seems like there is a design flaw. They should have extended the white portion of the pad all the way to the edges, but they don’t. I kept leaking on the edge on the right, but maybe it’s because I don’t always sit up straight and cross my legs a lot. lol. Still saved me from changing my pad a lot though and still helpful when sleeping.

Worth the investment
Super great to have at night. Especially if you are a wild sleeper (meaning like to move all over the bed). The Quality is great. It fits amazing. It’s really worth the investment for your body and bed. The scent is light.

Sizing wteff
Do I love these? Yes. Is their sizing ridiculous? Also yes. I’m 6 foot tall, 145 lbs and I have negative booty, ok like literally i sit on my tailbone. Their size S BARELY fits me. Their size ranges are hard bull. They absorb a lot and don’t rip easily, good quality.

Thick and bulky Pads
The pad in this product is too thick and bulky making it uncomfortable. I would like to see this product be remade into something with a thin pad.

Worth the money!
Since hitting perimenopause I have had very heavy periods. I have tried a lot to keep from having leaks, and it doesn't always work. These work! I wear them on my most heavy nights, and sometimes days, and I haven't had an leak yet.

Could not have survived a 9.5 hour flight without these
Anyone going through perimenopause knows the sheer terror of leaving the house for an extended period of time when you're going through your Niagara Falls stage of your period. Multiply that terror times a thousand when having to plan for an international trip that involves a nearly 10 hour flight. The thought of leaking through my jeans (which has happened too many times before) on an airplane was so anxiety-inducing that I bought as many products as I could get my hands on, including these Always ZZZs disposable period underwear. The plan was to wear these disposable underwear, then wear a pair of period underwear on top, some leggings, and then jeans...and tie a sweatshirt around my waist, just in case. We had to be at the airport at 5am and in my half-awake state, I completely forgot to wear my period underwear. Turns out, I didn't need them...or the leggings...or the safety sweatshirt tied around my waist. Just these disposable underwear were enough. Granted, I did change them about six hours into the flight, which was a feat in itself considering how cramped airplane bathrooms are. Make sure you also buy disposable bags because these are huge and will not fit in the standard tampon/pad disposal bins in a public bathroom. I found some on Amazon that came with self-adhesives and did not immediately scream out "diaper disposal bag" even though that is literally what they were called. So, check your ego before you hit the order button.I won't give you the graphic details, and Google says cabin pressure doesn't make your period flow heavier, but suffice to say...if these worked for me without leaking, they will likely work for you. Are they sexy looking? They are not. But, I would have thrown any amount of money to not have to worry about leaking on the plane ride, and these worked for a little more than a dollar a pair. I promised if I survived the plane ride without a single leak, I would write this review in case it helped someone in the same predicament that I was. So, here I am, writing this review. Buy these.

No leaks!
Comfortable overnight underwear they don't leak and they are pretty reasonably priced. Great if you have heavy bleeding at night.
