The grain is slowly ground in a traditional stone mill so that it retains all of the natural oils found in the germ (heart of the corn). This Corn Meal Pancake Mix is a completely Gluten Free product. 79 Years ago James Graham started milling corn into grits and corn meal flour for his family and local customers. Today, the tradition has been passed on through James’ grandson David and his 2 sons. Palmetto Farms continues to offer the same quality products that have been produced on our farm in Galivants Ferry, SC since the 1930s. A nice twist on breakfast
Never had cornmeal pancakes before and was surprised at how tasty they are! I've purchased other wholegrain from Palmetto Farms in the past and they are always fresh. I'll order again.

Delicious!
Yumm! I've tried several different gluten-free pancake mixes and this one is the best! Other mixes taste artificial, but this one tastes very organic. There's a slightly corn "mealy" feel which gives the pancakes a nice texture. I would definitely buy this again!

Was looking for corn flour and accidentally ordered this. It works and makes great pancakes

I expected better
I purchased the grits because I thought I would receive larger grain grits, similar to Byrd Mill in Ashland, VA. The Palmetto Farms grits are more like Quaker...The mixes, likewise; are OK - not great.
