I can't fault these mugs. They're attractive, robust, insulated, and they keep drinks hot for ages. You can hold them directly in your hands after filling with boiling water and they just barely feel warm to the touch. No coasters required on surfaces that mark easily from heat. They're perfect for a relaxing Cappuccino, or a lunchtime cup of soup. Love them so much I bought a second set and will likely go back for a couple more. :-)

Liked the design , disappointed I cracked one almost immediately after purchase … so ordered another 2 hoping it was just a faulty one off

Lovely size of mug kept it hot

My partner has a daily espresso and I bought these for her. In terms of the insulation property they worked well and she was initially pleased.However they were washed by hand and hand dried and now both have failed in the same way; they appear to have been manufactured as two seperate parts which are sealed in some way around the rim and both have cracked along the general line of this seam.So two cups but only one used each day lasted less than five months with careful handling.A great idea let down by poor quality (tbh I am very questionable about the source of so many of the items I consider purchasing here due to quality problems).

I placed my order on 7th and received it by 9th. Very swift delivery and in safe package.Have used them a few times, so far so good, no complaints. The only downside, I'd like them to be a little bit heavier personally. Otherwise, a happy customer.

Tassen werden durch den Kaffee nicht heiß. Schauen auch noch toll aus wenn der Kaffee in der Tasse ist.

Die Gläser sehen super schön aus, fürs Design gäbe es von mir 5 Sterne. Aber nach dem Waschen im Geschirrspüler ist in den Innenraum zwischen Außen- und Innenglas Flüssigkeit eingedrungen, die nicht mehr heraus geht und mittlerweile sogar übel riechtIch würde daher unbedingt dazu raten, die Gläser nur mit der Hand abzuwaschen und selbst das ist vielleicht nicht ausreichend, weil man nicht feststellen kann, wo die undichte Stelle ist.Sehr schade, dass die Qualität so schlecht ist, dass man nicht lange Freude an den Gläsern hat.

Las tazas (250ml) muy bonitas, han llegado sin ningún problema. Se calientan bien en el microondas, aguantan perfectamente temperaturas altas. Yo no las pongo en el lavavajillas, de mi experiencia os digo que este tipo de vidrio hay que cuidarlo si queremos que nos aguante mucho tiempo. Estoy muy contenta con mi compra.

Produits de bonne qualité et de bonne taille.Malgré tout, plutôt onéreux pour ce que c’est.Trouvé plus tard en magasin à 6€99 presque 3 fois moins chère !!!
