I like to workout at home and follow classes online. A lot of my classes require resistance bands. I needed a good set that had a variety of resistance. This was my clear choice and they didn't disappoint, they are great quality. I love that they come with a nice carrying bag to keep them in as well.

I just got these and tried them briefly with my hand and feet, the resistance level jumps quickly but they seem good. I love that they came with a bag and the colors are nice too!
