very good earbuds
This is a very good earbuds, I’ve been so impressed by many things:It easily connected them to my iphone, pairing very easy and rapid. After first time setup, when you take out of the case, it will go to auto-pairing mode.The earphone fit comfortably in my ear and stay in my ear fairly well.I love how easy it is to charge in its own charging case, simply put the two earbuds in the charging box, cover the lid, and they will enter into charging mode. The blue indicator lights will flash in charging mode. Once charging is completed, the blue lights will go out automatically to let you know the earbuds are fully charged. The power percentage display is another feature I like. I don't need to guess how much power the case still have. On that little display, it let you know it. The charging case is a 2000mAh power bank too, in case you can charge your phone or other device.The sound is very clear and very rich. I highly recommend.

Earbuds are good, power bank is a fail
Update: These are really irritating!! All earbuds need to be moved or pushed back in but these turn off every time you touch them. Garbage!!!! I’ll return to using my neck band earbuds.I like these earbuds so far but the power bank is useless. I tried to charge my iPhone while listening to music and it can't be done. As soon as I plugged the charger to the iPhone, the L earbud started pairing and disconnecting, playing 2 seconds and then the disconnecting and pairing again. When I opened the case to try and reset the L earbud, I could here that the right earbud had turned on while on the charger and was also trying to pair with the iPhone as well. Once I unplugged the charger cord, that nonsense stopped. Again, earbuds last about 4 hours so no issues there and the sound quality is good if not very loud. I'll have to test the power bank to see about it's charging capability, just not while I'm trying to use the earbuds.

Sound good - Directions stink
I needed a magnifying glass to read the directions that came with the earbuds. If you don't have one, don't worry the directions are worthless and poorly translated to English. Could not get earpieces to pair / sync with each other. I went back online to return them and then I checked the Q&A section above here. Apparently getting these to initially pair with each other is a common problem. The first Q&A provides steps to follow to get the earbuds to pair with each other and then pair and connect to the phone. The sound is really good for the price. I have not yet worked out with them on. I did do a couple of burpees and some jumps and they held in place. I will update this if I have a problem during a real workout.Day 2:: stayed in ears for 100 burpee workout. The push-up & jump kind. I’m impressed.

Meh.
I am so disappointed in these. They had excellent reviews and I was so excited that I could use them for running without falling out, they are noise limiting, have volume, pause/play control on them and you can use the phone with them. They had all the features I was looking for. I paid to expedite the shipping on them because I was so eager to try them. They only work together like 10% of the time and when they do, they still don’t because one sounds like it is skipping. They will not pair to each other. I would not recommend these.EDIT- I am updating my review because I got them to pair together by following instructions posted above. The company reached out and was concerned with my dissatisfaction for the product which I thought was very nice and they were generous. Although I got them to pair together I still would not recommend for use while working out because they still have a “skipping” effect when moving.

Mostly does well!
A few months into using this, it has been connecting to my phone less and less for phone or video calls. It does well for music and audiobooks. The mic works well, and the audio is clear. The only issue is keeping it connected during a call. Troubleshooting it, the recommendation was to disconnect any other bluetooth devices from my phone so it's only the earbuds. We'll see if that works.

Had some issue t firsy but seller made good
Happy camper now.. first order has a technical issue and it was replaced quickly by seller with new unit.. The replacement unit is fine and the sound is as expected pretty good.. I am satisfied now..thanks

Frozen in time dalima
This appears to be really great earbuds...I say appears to be, because they were working 100% wonderfully until one unexpectedly fell out of my left ear right after I activated the flush function on the toilet. I watched in utter shock as it disappeared, frozen in time and unable to move. I can't testify about the water proof qualities...only that it didn't float. In defences of the earbud in regards to falling out, a couple of years ago a Basil Cell cancer was removed from that ear which made a slight change to the configuration of the ear canal outer tab. In spite of the fact that Canay or the earbud itself had no responsibility for the earbud falling out, they responded to my dalima by promising a replacement. I just received the promise by email today and I am 100% confident that a complete replacement will be on its way VERY SOON. Folks, have no fear about ordering from Canay...I KNOW they stand for/with Honesty and Integrity. Have a blessed day yall and a BIG Thank You to Canay for customer service that goes above and beyond.

Mic is terrible
Mic is terrible. I sound muffled which makes people not understand what I am saying. It also amplifies surrounding noises. Say if a dog is barking the person you are speaking with hears the dog louder than me and with an added weird amplified echoy sound. Bummer part is I can't return it right now. I don't want to venture outside to take it to a drop off location.
