5 stars on product but it’s as full as a sandwich ziplock- it’s not a lot for almost 9 bucks.The reseal on the plastic works but I’d transfer it to a real good zipbag or they will get stale quickly.Lastly I know it’s a Chinese product not from here I wish I knew ingredients because I almost bought a squid one that looked just like this (squid=not good!) but after all that I said it was perfect on my homemade poke (Ahi Sushi bowls)😀If this helped please like or not- it helps me in future reviews. I used this for home-made okonomiyaki and I'm really happy with it. Beats having to make tempura batter just for the scraps. The texture is a little crunchy and they are very salty. They make good seasoning.

I've been wanting to make Okonomiyaki for some time now! This is perfect to top it off.It does have a squid flavor. But still delicious.

One little bag goes a long way when making takoyaki. Tenkasu and shredded salty ginger are the most invaluable ingredients for takoyaki, in our opinion, even more than the eponymous octopus. The tenkasu adds some fluffiness to the middle.

I tried buying this a few weeks ago and it was out of stock so I assumed it was good. I was patient and waited and bought it and it is good lol I wish it came with a bit more for thw price but I don't mind. It has a fishy odor but it tastes good. It is a bit oily but not so much its inedible. I liked it and if I run out im buying more.

It's an essential ingredient for some of the Japanese cuisine (like takoyaki, or Udon).I am happy that we can get it with Amazon prime, although it's super expensive comapred with what you pay in Japan...

it's a little expensive for tempura crumbs since this is what it is. you can make your own more cheaply than buying this. we use it for okonomiyaki and yakisoba to add texture but again, expensive

It's just what you're expecting, some crunchy tempura bites. Pretty expensive for what it is, but just what you need for your Japanese dishes, or maybe a salad.
