Pretty Good So Far
They took a couple of goes to get paired with my phone, but since then have worked flawlessly. Sound quality is not perfect, but almost couldn't be using Bluetooth. The sound is just fine though considering the advantages of not having cables all over the place, but I wouldn't like to listen to much classical music through them.I have one ear with a small canal and the other with a normal, it was easy to switch one side over to using the small grommet thing. When you position the buds correctly they stay in fine, though I never feel 100% confident they will stay in. But on the positive, I've not had one come out yet. Definitely not a problem with small ear canals, as other reviewers have claimed. Maybe they had very small ear canals, didn't change the grommet things or didn't spend the time to position the ear buds correctly in the ear?Only downside is the switches built into the buds - it is so easy to operate them when trying to adjust the fit, so quite often I pause a song or skip to the next one. Unnecessary complication I'd say - do you really need to be able to pause a song by pressing your ear rather than your phone? This is the one issue that prevents me giving them 5 stars.Care is needed when putting the ear buds back in the charging case, or they don't charge. Only happened to one side once, so I might have been unlucky / careless.I've not had the switching to foreign language issue that others have mentioned - they have stayed giving me instructions in English - telling me when they power on and when they connect to my phone. The charging case is quite heavy compared to some, but then it is supposed to be a higher capacity battery, so I'll take that weight in my pocket (which is not excessive anyway). Not used it to charge my phone, but it charges the ear buds quickly.

Planning to return them after 2 weeks.
Returning after a couple weeks use as not fit for my purposes.- Pairing and setup is very easy- voices did switch to Chinese but searching the amazon Q&A provided a solution to fix this and switch them back to English.- they come with three ear bud sizes included but I never found a comfortable way to place and hold them. This also meant that the noise cancellation never really seemed to work.- the carrying case is enormous for headphones that are intended to be small and discreet. They take up more space in my bag than my previous wired Bluetooth headphones.- biggest issue for me (may not apply to you): the headphones disconnect the Bluetooth connection when you pause music or there is a silence in audio transmission. For example, if you're listening to a meditation (Headspace) where there are periods of silence, the headphones will disconnect during the first period of silence and won't auto reconnect when the silence is over so you're left sitting without a guide. Note that I experienced this when using a Bluetooth splitter, but not when using a direct Phone Bluetooth connection (the splitter works perfectly fine with other BT headsets). There may be a power saving feature on the headphones that causes them to disconnect from certain BT devices during a silence.Overall, the price seems decent for what you get, but in my case I will have to pay a bit more to get the added quality I need.

Touch controls are torture!
Bought in October '19, this is the model with black oval exteriors with red chevron LEDs.First impressions positive (for the price): pairing very easy and reliable, long battery life, touch controls OK once you get the knack of timing your double-taps (for track skipping) and long-presses (for volume control). Hard to insert/remove without accidentally pausing/resuming playback though. Sound quality OK to my uncultured ears; call quality fine for hearing, not so good for transmitting if there's much wind or background noise. However: within a day or two, touch control all but stopped working on the right-hand bud. You might get a pause/resume after much repeated battering, but double-tap (skip forward track) and long-press (raise volume) are just impossible. Often both would work for a while after connecting, but soon the right bud would stop responding.(NB it never had any issues with pairing, playback or volume mismatch as many others have reported, just lost touch responsiveness.)Got onto the supplier who sent out replacements PDQ (didn't want originals back). Unfortunately, after a longer period of good functioning, they succumbed to the same fault.Having scoured the reviews it's strange I seem to have been the only one affected by this fault (twice!). Perhaps I have a strange right ear?Other issues:1. Every few minutes during idle wear, I hear: "Connected." sometimes preceded by "Pairing...", sometimes not. This hasn't happened during playback or calls, but it is a bit annoying.2. Depending on ear shape you may find them working loose (probably this is an issue endemic to this form factor). I had no such issues on 30min-1hr bike rides, but when sitting indoors making a long phone call, after about 1hr one bud suddenly fell to the floor. Combination of warm environment and constant jaw-movement made the difference I suppose. Now I'm always paranoid about losing one. These were a nice idea but I think my next pair will be back to banded over-the-ear with tactile mechanical buttons. If you really like this form-factor, be prepared to spend more money.
