This kit allows you to easily convert an Axial SCX10-II for greater performance or build from the ground up with the vast amount of axles on the market. The steel C-channel design provides scale detail, the molded front and rear cross members fill the chassis rails in the highest stress locations for ultimate strength and provide features like dual servo mounts, winch line routing, and a fuel cell. The molded rock sliders come with a replaceable outer portion for flexibility of custom builds. The VS4-10 Chassis kit is developed to work with the industry standard 3-gear transmissions found in most Axial SCX10-II and the VS4-10 Origin Limited. The aluminum battery and electronics tray helps to tie all the components together to make a unique and complete package.

Great alternative for more quality and rigidity than a stock Axial chassis!
I liked that this product is clearly high quality and has 3mm hex bolts throughout allowing a more positive grip on the nut driver. The frame is metal and seems to give more clearance for suspension travel. the plastic is super ridged and very smooth and slippery underneath to prevent hang-ups from obstacles. the steel battery tray is a bonus and can be reversed for front or rear battery mounting. I did not like the instructions (but this hobby always has sucky instructions) and the fact that the front/rear suspension rods and links were not included (had trouble finding the right sizes for the suspension to move freely and pitch the stock axial axles correctly) . I would have gladly paid a little more to get all of the links/rods. I look forward to getting the complete Phoenix kit soon to fully judge fit/finish with other vanquish kits.

Converted my Scx10 II kit version to VS4-10 kit!
Super high quality kit at a very good value! Worth every penny! Instructions are easy to read with great images and screw lengths to match easily. Everything you need to convert your scx10 ii no additional parts required which i didnt expect. I have the kit version and it converted easily, no wonder I hear good things about Vanquish stuff. Will buy more stuff from them in the future! Check out the articulation it gives plus stiffer and lower COG, performance upgrade for sure!

Poor customer service
Product is great. Thanks to vanquish. Seller customer service is slimy at best.I decided that this chassis would not fit my application,and within hours and contacted the seller to cancel. They sent an email that had the word canceled all over it but said nothing to confirm a cancellation. Then they tried to kill time with emails back-and-forth until it had shipped so then they can claim, oops it’s already shipped. They got me for $109 What they don’t know is I have seven Rc cars they are all up and running. And due to poor customer service they lost out on future purchases. Everyone wants the fast quarter instead of the slow nickel.

Good quality, and great upgrade!
As with all Vanquish products, this chassis is easy to install on your Axial SCX10 II and improves performance by giving you a stiffer chassis and longer travel. I've converted two and I highly recommend this product.
