DO NOT BUY THIS PAMPHLET!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am appalled I spent this kind of money on a pamphlet that seems so outdated by raw standards. This is not a book. I have never felt actually angry when I opened a book like I did when I received this book in the mail. I felt misled and robbed. Save your money and buy a real raw food cookbook. My last thought to impart is this. This is absolutely NO WAY these other reviews are honest reviews. I feel they must be friends of the author somehow. No one in their right mind would spend $23 plus S+H for a few pieces of paper like this and actually be satisfied and think this was a good "book." No way, no how. This should have been a free pamphlet. The most I would pay for something like this knowingly is maybe $2 max. UNBELIEVABLE! UNACCEPTABLE! There are 49 pages of recipes total. A recipe example:Lemon-Date Sauce - Consists of blending 2-3 dates with juice of a lemonAvocado Mango Salad- Consists of mixing 2 mangos, an avo and a handful of cilantroBanana Splits with Strawberry Sauce- You slice 2 bananas lengthwise and pour 1 cup blended strawberries over themAnts on a Log- Celery sticks with nut butter ad raisins- Who doesn't already know this?????? Seriously!Stuffed tomato/ pepper- Basically jusr an avocado, tomato, dulse flakes and juice of a lemon or limeChia Seed pudding- Chia seeds, almond milk and juicy fruitWhat upsets me the most is the cost. Would you want to pay $23 PLUS S&H for 49 pages of recipes like the above? Page 20 has 2 recipes on it. Pumpkin Seed Milk and Almond Milk. Basically Nuts/Seeds water, dates. Sigh. Really? You de

My kids love this book
Raw Vegan Recipe Fun for Families is my family's favorite recipe book. The recipes are easy, with few ingredients, so my children can make them by themselves. Each of my children has a list of recipes from the book that they want to make, and I love having a book available that has only healthy choices.

A must for every raw kitchen!
Karen Ranzi’s new book "Raw Vegan Recipe Fun for Families" will teach and inspire. Here’s what I love…Karen shoots straight with her recipes-all raw all the way. No questionable ingredients here—no soy sauce, agave nectar or miso, not even salt. But she’s all about fun, too. You won’t get page-long ingredient lists, and no laborious multi-hour prep times. Simple recipes, simple preparation, great taste. And that leaves you more time for fun, as you bring easier digestion, better energy, and all the other benefits of raw to your household. She also includes many helpful tips for getting kids to eat healthy! Karen Ranzi’s book is must for every raw kitchen!

The best Vegan/Raw foods cookbook ever!
I have been a vegan for over 25 years and I have been searching all those years for cookbooks that follow the healthy vegan lifestyle. No cookbook ever "worked " for me. However, recently I was exposed to the wonderful world of raw foods through coaching classes given by Karen Ranzi. I purchased her "Raw Vegan Fun For Families" cookbook and was absolutely delighted to see that her recipes were easy to follow, needed few ingredients and follow the vegan lifestyle. FINALLY (after so many years of searching), Karen Ranzi's cookbook was the exact cookbook I needed.! I have followed many of her recipes and have found the foods delicious and ever so healthy. This is the best vegan/raw cookbook ever!

Such remarkable work!
It is truly an honor to write this review for this impeccable work by Karen Ranzi. Please know I do not say this lightly - with this book, Karen has offered us a work which is impeccably written, quintessentially splendid, and with a genuinely bright, beautiful, healthful, and meaningful message...so much so that I (humbly and respectfully) believe it is important to say that she has truly made the world a better place through her splendid effort and insight. I am a vegan, and it is quite clear that Karen is a master of her field. – Dr. Glen Hepker (author of “A Glimpse of Heaven: The Philosophy of True Health)

Really like this book :)
If I was to write a recipe book, I'd like to think I'd write it something like this :)They remind me of the kind of dishes i make, with a lot more excellent ideas to experiment with :)Excellent recipes, nice and simply explained, nice and simple to make. The book looks great, it's presented well, easy to read and has lots of extra really useful additional information. And the recipes are actually raw too (seems obvious but not all raw books are and i have to be particularly careful due to health reasons so its much appreciated). The pictures in it looks great, my son loves it too....the recipes are easy to adapt too...i like books where you can get inspiration to make your own dishes just from a dish or two seen. my son has already done this :)Very nutritious recipes include green smoothies, raw soups, main dishes, salads, party food, 'cereals' dressings salsas and marinades. a great mix :)

Brilliant large format cook book by someone who clearly really knows her subject.
Brilliant large format cookbook. Simple recipes with almost all you need to be able to transition to raw plus a manageable number of links to fill in any gaps - includes basic info like food combining and on nuts, on what is raw and what is not raw amongst what you might expect to be raw. Not too thick so really easy to absorb and follow - would be easy for children to use too. Love it.

I like that is has some super simple recipes that don't ...
I like that is has some super simple recipes that don't take much time at all. But one thing I dislike it that a lot of the recipes/sauces are nut based, I was hoping for some alternatives. Oh well it's still a nice book to help transition the kids to raw.
