Love this bench! It has fantastic storage, a durable frame and fabric, and overall looks beautiful. Our dogs (Boston and Frenchie) can easily get on the bed using the bench and their hair, though minimal shedders, doesn't cling to the fabric. I included a Bath and Body works lotion in one of these pictures for a size reference on what can fit in the storage. All of this fit easily - it's definitely full but I didn't have to spend time arranging it - throw it in there and be done. Very convenient.A couple of things to consider before you purchase:1. This bench is firm (which I personally like) but if you want something cushion-y, this bench may not be for you.2. It doesn't open all the way due to the inner foam of the seat. It does stay in place while it's up though, so that's nice.3. I found that I needed to keep it about 3 finger-widths (see pic) away from my bed frame to access the storage. That's kind of a bummer.4. It's heavy enough that if you have larger animals using it for bed access it will stay in place (I had an old, cheap bench that would slide around when my dogs hopped on it).5. Our bed in the photos is a king - gives you an idea of how it will look in relation to whichever size bed you have.6. Our bed is also on a frame with drawers underneath, AND it's an extra deep mattress on an extra deep box spring so the whole thing is really high. Mentioning in case that matters to you.7. Please forgive my wrinkly comforter. So embarrassing. :)

I saw several reviews about missing legs so I was taking a chance by buying. The legs ARE included. There's a hidden compartment at the bottom. Just flip the bench over.Great quality, great price.

I use this bench at the end of my bed. It is the perfect size and holds extra sheets. I love the hinge that stays in place when the lid is raised. The gray color is beautiful.

Great for the foyer for those guests that need to put their hand on the wall when putting their shoes on! Have a seat... The quality is great for the price. Looks like leather. Assembly was just screwing the legs on. I bought one then added another (both black) in our guest room for extra pillows and blankets. Does smell funky inside for a while. I just left the lid opened for a few days. Foyer one perfect for a couple backpacks or shoes. Make sure you have room for it to be a few inches from wall as it requires it when you open the lid.

Think it’s very pretty, has a lot of storage and is sturdy with a lot of weight on it. Only thing is it’s hard to sit on but not a dealbreaker for me. It helps the dogs get on the bed.

Pretty nice and sturdy but has loose threads everywhere AND MISSING THE LEGS!! Ashley Furniture customer support is a joke. Never buying an Ashley product again.Update: still have not received the legs after ordering them through customer support.
